Shame was insane. Even with all the hype around Fassbender’s performance, he managed to exceed my expectations. And I’m never easy on actors. This was like a masterclass in film acting. This is Michael’s Taxi Driver but IMO he is better than DeNiro here.

Did anyone notice that the recent photos of Fassbender at all those film festivals don’t have a single cigarette in them? NONE. AT ALL.
